diligence, project management and Owners Engineering responsibilities to

Project Due Diligence:
- Reviewing and or preparation of technical documentation such as Engineering Requirements, Pre-Construction Information and technical specifications
- Review of Land, Grid and Planning documents
Project Planning and Design Oversight:
- Reviewing and approving project plans and designs to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations.

Bid Process Support:

- Participating in the selection of contractors and subcontractors.

Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC):
- Implementing QA/QC procedures to verify that the project meets specified quality standards.
- Conducting inspections and tests to ensure compliance with design and regulatory requirements.
Schedule and Cost Management:
- Monitoring project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Assessing and advising on potential schedule and cost impacts.
Commissioning and Startup:
- Overseeing the commissioning process to ensure proper system functionality.
- Providing support during the startup phase to address any technical issues.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
- Providing regular progress reports to the project owner.
Risk Management:
- Identifying and assessing project risks.
- Developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Assisting in obtaining necessary permits and approvals.
Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance:
