Who we are
RJI is an independent energy infrastructure advisory. We sit alongside asset owners, investors and funds rather than the supply chain, guiding major projects from acquisition and due diligence through FID, construction and into a live, earning asset.
We advise, manage and optimise. We are deliberately not the maintenance contractor. Our value is protecting your commercial position, reducing delivery risk and getting the most from every asset.
What we do
01 Asset Management
Owner’s engineering, commercial management and contract administration across operating and construction assets. We drive O&M, OEM and EPC contractors to resolution and safeguard revenue.
02 Optimisation
Technical and commercial optimisation. OPEX and CAPEX modelling, value engineering, performance evaluation and energy transition integration to lift returns across the portfolio.
03 Consultancy
Technical due diligence, feasibility, execution strategy, grid connection and project execution planning. The independent rigour funds and boards need before and through FID.
