About RJI.
Energy infrastructure, advised independently.
RJ International Limited is an independent advisory built around one principle: rigorous, owner aligned judgement on the projects and assets that matter most.
Our position
On your side of the table.
RJI advises owners, funds and developers delivering major energy infrastructure. We work across the lifecycle, from acquisition and due diligence through FID and construction and into operation, bringing the independent technical and commercial rigour that protects capital and reduces delivery risk.
We are deliberately not an O&M or maintenance contractor. Our role is to advise, manage and optimise: to represent the owner’s interest, hold the supply chain to account, and make sure each asset reaches the market live and earning.
RJI sits alongside David Bowman’s other vehicles, BPG Infrastructure (IPP) and Constantine advisory, giving clients access to genuine owner operator perspective rather than theory.
How we work
From due diligence to dispatch.
01
Diligence and decision
Technical and commercial due diligence, feasibility, CAPEX and OPEX modelling and execution strategy. The independent evidence boards and funds need before committing capital.
02
Delivery and control
Owner’s engineering, EPCM and contract administration through construction. Schedule, budget, risk, grid compliance and commissioning, with the owner’s position protected at every milestone.
03
Optimise and protect
Once live, we recover and protect revenue, drive contractor resolution and optimise performance, keeping assets earning and aligned to the energy transition.
Why RJI
Mobilised in days, not months.
Where large advisory firms take months to scope and resource a team, RJI deploys senior people quickly and stays accountable through to energisation.
You work directly with the people doing the work. The approach is flexible and bespoke, tailored to your assets and the decisions in front of you, with no rigid packages and no house view. We advise, manage and optimise, free of the conflicts that come with also being the contractor.
